A House as “Smart” as You! The “smart house” is a multi-automation system. You have direct remote control of your home, via a central system, wherever you are. All you need is a remote control, or a mobile or a desktop or a PC.
Features
The most important feature of the system is heat and electricity saving. It is achieved by controlling home’s heating per heater (thermal energy), and by applying the different lighting scenarios that are turned on, either the home owner is absent or not. There is also a “smart controller” that lets you monitor the water and electricity consumption of household appliances.
Functions
Important functions covered by the multi-system are fire detection and automatic extinguishing as well as automatic watering, during which in case of leakage, the central water supply will be shut off immediately. Also, this smart house provides you with a safe and easy way to get home without the use of keys. Give your family a personal access card, and check in/out at any time.
Security
Security is a very important issue that concerns everyone in modern societies. Consequently, in order to prevent trespass of our ownership, except from closed-circuit cameras and alarm, now it is possible to simulate human presence during your absence from home. This system can flash the lights or garden lights to give the impression that there is mobility in the home, and therefore, to prevent any possible burglary.
